I have another autoimmune that causes
shortness of breath and fatigue, so MG hid for
several years. When I was 69 generalised MG
was diagnosed quickly after starting oral
antibiotics black boxed for MG. As a result I
had to give up work that I still really enjoyed. I
am pleased that I am learning to live with my
limited movement and activity. I enjoy
encouraging and supporting those newly
diagnosed MG’ers. I want the world to
understand the invisible unseen symptoms of
MG.

signifying a potential serious/ life-threatening side effect or
hazard. A number of medications negatively interact with MG.
