I was lucky in that from the initial acute
symptom, I had a "suspected diagnosis" within 2
days. I was 46 when diagnosed with Generalised
MG.
In the first few years the hardest part was trying
to be a father to two active kids. We have found
silver linings though.
While MG is a challenge, it forced me to look
into autoimmune diseases and the things I've
learnt such as gut and wholistic health have
benefited not only me but my whole family.

My message to the world is MG can be life-
changing but can also be manageable.

Do your own research and look more broadly
into the causes of autoimmune diseases and
examine how diet and lifestyle factors can be
used in conjunction with medications.
